Det/Sgt Jeff Johnsgaard retired with over 20 years of service and now instructs a variety of important topics such as officer safety, wellness, and use of force.

Jeff is also an instructor for Raptor teaching the highly sought after Methods of Instruction (MOI) course.

With his decades of international experience and certifications including Force Science® – Advanced Specialist and IADLEST Nationally Certified Instructor Jeff consults with Departments and Academies on enhancing their training and on select Officer Use of Force cases.
